Strong mechanical properties
High strength and tear resistance: The breaking strength of polyester fiber reaches 5.5-8.0cN/dtex (about 2.5-4.5cN/dtex for cotton fiber), and the interwoven structure in the warp and weft directions can withstand tensile loads of 200-300kg/5cm², making it suitable for heavy-duty scenarios (such as mine conveyor belts).
Strong fatigue resistance: After 100,000 dynamic bending tests, the strength retention rate is ≥90%, far exceeding the 70% of cotton canvas, making it suitable for high-frequency use (such as logistics and warehousing tarpaulins).
Outstanding environmental tolerance
Chemical resistance: There is no significant degradation within the pH range of 3 to 11, and it can withstand industrial acid and alkali environments (such as anti-seepage fabrics in fertilizer plants).
Uv aging resistance: After 3000 hours of xenon lamp accelerated aging test, the strength retention rate is ≥85% (ordinary canvas is only 50-60%), suitable for high-altitude or strong light areas (such as high-altitude tents).
Mold and moth prevention: The mold inhibition rate reaches 99% (ASTM G21 standard), suitable for humid environments (such as fishing boat canvas).
